The cherry ones are so yummy, tho I wish they had a tad less sugar right before bed. They'd still be fantastic & helpful. Two gummies before bed helps me sleep (115 lbs, 5' 1" female). I believe they help me with pain in my body due to physical exertion. The liquid is great too just a bit 'earthy' for me but that's the nature of it. The sales are what keeps me buying multiple packs so thank you.
