Placed an order for a few simple butane refill tanks. It never shipped. I check my email- nothing. I check online and it’s listed as refunded. No notice was sent. I email them and am told my address didn’t match my debit card and I need to reorder. So I do. The exact same thing happens and no notice is sent. Again I’m told my address doesn’t match. I call my bank- they confirm my address matches. I order a third time and my order goes on “hold”. I have to legit harass them to get an answer. Where I’m told I need to wait for a manager. Several days pass and I have harass them AGAIN. One email reply says my address doesn’t match again, another person replies telling me I ordered while they are we’re moving warehouses and they couldn’t take orders so all orders placed them were automatically cancelled. I ordered from someone else and got the items in two days. Don’t waste your time with Cannabox. This is an absolute shell show of a company. F-
