I subscribed to a monthly service, and while they are quick to charge my account, the delivery of my orders is very delayed. I ordered one month, but I only receive it at the end of the following month. Their customer support is unresponsive to my emails. After a year of this, I decided to cancel my subscription. The products themselves are lovely and function well, but the uncertainty around when I’ll receive my monthly order is frustrating. For instance, my December order placed on 11-23 is only now being processed on 12-30. It would be much better to receive the subscription in the month it’s intended, rather than having to wait an additional month.

I ordered two boxes, a large and a small, but thought I mistakenly ordered two large ones. When I contacted customer support, I received nothing but runaround. After finally getting them to correct it, they promised to send the replacement but never did. I am still receiving two large boxes. The selection could definitely be improved.
They have a great business idea, but their shipping and order processing are a mess. I've paid for three subscriptions and haven’t received a single package despite numerous emails and tracking inquiries. At this point, I've spent about $120. The products are interesting, but not worth this hassle! Big disappointment for a business that needs more staff!
The company sent a box with a broken item, with only a tiny piece of glass included. Customer service was terrible, and they only offered a partial reimbursement that excluded shipping costs. No replacement was provided despite it being their fault. I won't be returning!
I ordered the mystery box, expecting little, but it was a waste of money. I received a t-shirt with a bland design and a small rig that looked like a barrel. Who thinks that’s attractive? I feel like I’ve found better items in cereal boxes.
