Frustrating subscription experience

I subscribed to a monthly service, and while they are quick to charge my account, the delivery of my orders is very delayed. I ordered one month, but I only receive it at the end of the following month. Their customer support is unresponsive to my emails. After a year of this, I decided to cancel my subscription. The products themselves are lovely and function well, but the uncertainty around when I’ll receive my monthly order is frustrating. For instance, my December order placed on 11-23 is only now being processed on 12-30. It would be much better to receive the subscription in the month it’s intended, rather than having to wait an additional month.

Awful processing times

I subscribed to a monthly service, and while they quickly take your payment, the delivery is extremely slow. You order in one month and don’t receive it until the end of the next month. Their email responses are non-existent. After a year of this, I chose to cancel my subscription. The products are nice, but the delivery uncertainty is a major issue. For example, my December order placed on 11-23 is only being processed now on 12-30. It would be ideal to receive the subscription in the correct month.

Order confusion

I ordered two boxes, a large and a small, but thought I mistakenly ordered two large ones. When I contacted customer support, I received nothing but runaround. After finally getting them to correct it, they promised to send the replacement but never did. I am still receiving two large boxes. The selection could definitely be improved.

Where are my products? Three months in limbo.

They have a great business idea, but their shipping and order processing are a mess. I've paid for three subscriptions and haven’t received a single package despite numerous emails and tracking inquiries. At this point, I've spent about $120. The products are interesting, but not worth this hassle! Big disappointment for a business that needs more staff!

Caution - poor business practices

The company sent a box with a broken item, with only a tiny piece of glass included. Customer service was terrible, and they only offered a partial reimbursement that excluded shipping costs. No replacement was provided despite it being their fault. I won't be returning!

Box never arrived

I never received my box, and customer service was unhelpful. Both the shipping company and the support team directed me back to customer service, which was curt and ineffective. I will not be trying this again.

Mystery box disappointment

I ordered the mystery box, expecting little, but it was a waste of money. I received a t-shirt with a bland design and a small rig that looked like a barrel. Who thinks that’s attractive? I feel like I’ve found better items in cereal boxes.

I've been using this service for a couple of years, and it’s worth every penny. I choose my themes and have never been let down. When I once received a broken piece, they replaced it quickly. Great service overall.

Avoid this company at all costs

I ordered a monthly box and a sampler pack, but the process was a nightmare. My order confirmation was a week late, and I only received the sampler. After contacting support, I got a tracking number for a package that never arrived. They treated me like I was at fault for their mistakes. After endless emails, I received no satisfactory resolution or refund. I spent a total of $115.77 CAD, and the experience was incredibly disappointing.

First order frustration

I ordered through a promotional offer, but my first order was extremely late. By the time I received it in January, I was already charged for the next box I hadn’t even requested! Communication was poor, and my second order still hasn't arrived. The company has great potential, but they seem overwhelmed and unable to manage their business.
