As they replied to my review, 499 package of design is only for quick designs, my expectations were exhaustive and frequent changes were asked? Just look at the designs shared by their so called designer, so pathetic and childish even a school student can make better designs on canva than these..How funny it is, to find such words to cover up! 🤣I filled up a whole detailed brand values in your google form, still your designer didn't even followed and simple uppercase and lowercase case terminology mentioned in form & you expect me to not request changes? I never asked any changes out of the details mentioned in the form.And Sir if you had that audacity and MANNERS you would have refunded my money back as I asked you multiple times which was also applicable as per the discussion we had before payment. If with 499 you cant provide minimal time and basic efforts to the clients, why are you running the business? Nobody wants your charity of work in 499.If you can't match someone's expectations then don't work with them. Give their money back! It was that simple. But neither you nor the designer ever had a proper discussion call with me, I was the one who took efforts and wrote big msgs and voice notes. Because it was my hard earned money. The person assigned on this task was very much noob. He didn't had any experience. Neither they shared his portfolio or work. However even after explaining & sharing my brand story multiple times the designer was not able to understand & create. He created very rubbish designs which looked very much childish. The task which was supposed to take 1-2 days took almost more than a week. Where they ghosted me. No one responded for calls & messages. The owner Rahul is very unprofessional & unethical. When I called on the google listed number, his sales person also accepted that these are frequent things as they do not respond. Where as it was already committed to me before payment that I can connect with the designer & discuss over call. Which I never had. I was so annoyed & fed up with these unprofessional & dumb people that I used AI to create a logo for me & I shared the same logo for reference to the designer. He wasn't able to create that as well. Eventually He was so foolish & creep where he just used the reference image I shared, removed the background & provided me the final files. This I came to know when I went to print the brand assets. They don't even value the customers time, money & don't respect the clients. Hence the agency who not even can value their customers in service based business defines their "STANDARDS".
