This company is completely unprofessional. They promised to create and deliver 10 custom-made logos, but only provided one logo, which clearly appears to be AI-generated. When I requested a refund, they refused and stated that refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate payments or technical issues.
I would strongly advise others to avoid using their services.

We hired Rahul Gupta from Cannibals Media Private Limited for digital marketing support. They present themselves as a professional agency with various services, and they even run paid Instagram ads for their own business to attract clients.
However, once the payment was made, everything changed.
What actually happened
After receiving our payment:
They did not deliver the agreed work
Promised marketing support and deliverables were never completed
Calls were ignored with excuses like “no time to take calls”
Messages were not answered
No updates, reports, or accountability were ever provided
Despite waiting for months, nothing was accomplished and no reliable communication was ever maintained.

Unfortunately, there’s no option for a zero-star review. This so-called company and the individual involved are misleading customers on social media, only to chase after payment. Once you pay, the quality of work is subpar, and when you try to reach out, there's no response. It feels like a complete scam.
This company operates without ethics. I paid for ten reviews, and all were removed by the platform. Now, when I seek a refund or replacements, I am met with silence. The reviews posted were generic despite my requests for changes. The CEO lacks professionalism and manners, making communication frustrating. It would have been better to waste my money elsewhere.
I opted for a package where I was pressured to provide my own content instead of receiving assistance as promised. After I submitted my work, they harshly criticized it and then stopped responding. They are clearly not genuine and are best avoided if you don’t want to waste your money.
I would give zero stars if possible. They are fraudulent individuals. The representative is very responsive before payment, but once paid, communication stops. They claim to offer design services but deliver extremely low-quality work. Please avoid wasting your money on this operation.
