We clearly explained our expectations, but our inputs were ignored, and there was no genuine effort to understand our vision. The designs delivered lacked originality, creativity, and professionalism. On top of that, communication was poor — we had to keep following up, and even then, our feedback was not taken seriously. Overall, the service felt misleading, unprofessional, and not worth the investment.
