I've been a customer of this company for many years, and while they were once reliable, the service has seriously deteriorated recently. The drivers have become quite rude and unprofessional. On my last trip, the driver arrived 15 minutes late and responded rudely to my questions. He took a long detour, likely to save on fuel, which added 25 minutes to the journey. When I asked about the route, I was told to be quiet, as he claimed to know it better than I or any navigation app. This has happened before, but this was by far the worst experience. To make matters worse, the fares are exorbitant. I may not use their services again.
