I've been a customer for many years, and while the service was satisfactory initially, it has significantly declined in recent years. The drivers have become rude and unprofessional. On my last trip, the driver was 15 minutes late and responded disrespectfully to my questions. He took an unnecessary detour that added 25 minutes to the journey. When I asked about the route, I was told to be quiet, as he insisted he knew it better than I or any navigation app. This has happened before, but this was the worst experience yet. Additionally, the fares are excessively high. I might reconsider using their services in the future.

I strongly advise against using this service; the management clearly does not care about their customers! I booked a taxi to pick me up at 1:50 AM from the airport. When I checked the app after landing, it showed no driver assigned. I expected someone to be waiting, but there was no one at arrivals. After waiting, the app finally indicated a driver was assigned and was an hour away! When I called the office, they downplayed the situation, suggesting it would only take 30 minutes. If you book a cab for a specific time, it's unacceptable for a driver not to be assigned when expected! I was told to call back for compensation, but after four days of waiting, no one has contacted me. It's clear the management and staff do not care about their customers or the service they provide. I used to trust this service for over 15 years, but now I will look for a more reliable and professional alternative.

If you are delayed due to traffic or other issues, it's essential to contact your passengers to inform them of the situation. Providing a reason for the delay is vital for their peace of mind.
