I experienced appalling service and attitude from the office. I booked two taxis, both of which were 25 minutes late. I had to call to find out where they were, and they seemed overwhelmed. On the return journey, I called to ask for a discount due to the delay, but when the taxi arrived, I was asked to pay upfront as my request was misunderstood. I complained, and the manager offered a discount on my next booking, but I have yet to receive clarification on what that entails or assurance of timely service in the future.
