Been trying to buy a replacement keypad for my 84 gun widebody gun safe for several months, these jackasses are zero help, I don't even understand!!! I have two 84 gun widebody safes and the customer service is non-existent. WTF? It ain't like I'm trying to scam a free keypad, I've made it clear that I broke it and I want to purchase a new one but they will not help me. ....
