After six years, the keypad malfunctioned and was replaced. Now, after 13 years, it's completely dead. I've been on hold for an hour and a half waiting for a second replacement. It seems there's been poor craftsmanship with these keypads. Our important documents are locked away, and with a trip coming up next week, I can't access them. The support team informed me that parts won't arrive for 6 to 8 weeks. I wouldn't recommend this safe.

The representative was incredibly patient with me, and I truly believe he is a valuable member of the organization. As an older individual, I needed to wait for one of my sons to assist me with the instructions due to my disability. I appreciated his patience while he waited to close the ticket. Thank you for the fantastic safe as well.
I purchased a safe expecting it to be reliable, but from the start, it was the opposite. The first lock didn't work right out of the box. Reaching customer service was nearly impossible, and I had to rely on another party for a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement also had immediate lock issues. I find myself frequently locked out, and customer service keeps blaming the battery despite my use of high-quality batteries. I submitted a warranty ticket that went unanswered for 17 days, and when I finally got through, I was dismissed without resolution. The safe has been unreliable since day one, and customer service has been unhelpful. I strongly advise against this brand.
