I purchased a printer from an online platform in late August. This was my first mistake, as the retailer doesn't seem to adhere to consumer law. The printer failed in less than two months of moderate use, forcing me to deal directly with the manufacturer. They are only willing to do the bare minimum required by law, offering a returns label that I can't print because the printer is broken. There is no service center nearby, no loan printer, and no exchange available. I'm left with a repair at their convenience, which isn't practical. I find myself questioning whether to buy another printer temporarily, which feels unreasonable. My poor experience with this manufacturer makes me consider switching to another brand.
