I rarely write reviews, but my experience with the online store has been so troubling that I feel compelled to warn others. I provided all requested evidence, but instead of a solution, I was shuffled between departments for months. Each claimed the other was responsible. Despite providing all necessary documentation, I have yet to receive a refund or replacement. This lack of accountability and communication has been extremely frustrating.
