I bought a Canon R6 MkII camera with a £200 cashback deal in November 23. I completed the claim form and emailed all the relevant information. Canon are denying that I sent the information in on time, despite sending them a copy of my emails. You can imagine that I didn't want to miss out on the cashback so claimed immediately. I have never received this money despite much correspondence with their company. I'm absolutely furious as I have bought Canon products all my life and this is how I have been treated. Totally useless. I have delayed putting this message on until now but I just can't forgive them, so here is my report. I also bought a Canon G650 printer (after selling my other more advanced Canon printer because it literally drank the (very expensive) ink! I have to use my phone torch to view the very small display panel on the G650. A person at Canon admitted that there was a design fault and there should have been a light on it. On top of this, the printer (used with a Mac desktop computer) is an absolute NIGHTMARE to use. Beware!! It was purchased in January 24 and I dread using it. I thought that you were better than this, Canon.
