The representative was visibly frustrated, as the information I provided was clear, yet she admitted to not really grasping how the service works. Even without this issue, the system is already complicated and confusing, and both I and the prospective tenant experienced difficulties (it took me over an hour to get the ID confirmation to function). Additionally, there was no effective way to seek help other than a general inquiry section that doesn't allow email input in the designated area! We are trying to work directly with the agency, as they also seem confused by this system.
