Very frustrating as a guarantor

I am attempting to serve as a guarantor for a friend, but this system is very rigid and appears to lack functionality. While it recognized my pension income from my bank account, it fails to accept it due to calculation issues. I have documentation proving my savings and pension value exceeding £1,000,000. The representative seemed frustrated, as the information I provided was clear, yet she admitted not fully understanding how the service operates. Without this issue, the system is already complex and confusing; both I and the prospective tenant faced difficulties (it took me over an hour to get the ID confirmation to work). Additionally, there was no clear way to reach out for assistance aside from a general query section that doesn't allow for email input in the designated area! We are trying to communicate with the agency directly, as they also seem perplexed by this system.

Extremely frustrating to navigate

I am trying to act as a guarantor for a friend, but this system is remarkably inflexible and seems to misunderstand its own functions. It identified my pension income from my bank account but cannot accept it due to calculation errors. I have proof of savings and pension worth over £1,000,000. The representative was visibly frustrated, as the information I provided was clear, yet she admitted to not really grasping how the service works. Even without this issue, the system is already complicated and confusing, and both I and the prospective tenant experienced difficulties (it took me over an hour to get the ID confirmation to function). Additionally, there was no effective way to seek help other than a general inquiry section that doesn't allow email input in the designated area! We are trying to work directly with the agency, as they also seem confused by this system.
