A few months ago, my home was broken into while I was away. I immediately reached out to the service for help. They attempted to fix the door, but it still won't lock, is dented, and remains broken. They simply reattached the wood that had fallen from the top of the door and charged me $210 for it. The support provided was nonexistent, and the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. My home has been broken into three times in total, yet the service seems only concerned with their profits. Every year, my rent increases significantly, but during that time, they neglect necessary repairs, fail to check on the unit, and show no urgency when issues arise. For the amount I pay in rent, I would expect a better living situation. Instead, I deal with ongoing safety concerns and pest issues, including a dangerous spider that bit my roommate, yet the service took no action. Our air conditioning broke down, and despite having black mold on the walls, they didn't prioritize providing us with a working unit. When we finally received one, it was old and dirty, leading to an allergic reaction for my roommate. This company has been utterly disappointing. I strongly advise against moving into any of their units, as they clearly do not care about their tenants.
