Terrible experience with the service.

A few months ago, my home was broken into while I was away. I immediately reached out to the service for help. They attempted to fix the door, but it still won't lock, is dented, and remains broken. They simply reattached the wood that had fallen from the top of the door and charged me $210 for it. The support provided was nonexistent, and the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. My home has been broken into three times in total, yet the service seems only concerned with their profits. Every year, my rent increases significantly, but during that time, they neglect necessary repairs, fail to check on the unit, and show no urgency when issues arise. For the amount I pay in rent, I would expect a better living situation. Instead, I deal with ongoing safety concerns and pest issues, including a dangerous spider that bit my roommate, yet the service took no action. Our air conditioning broke down, and despite having black mold on the walls, they didn't prioritize providing us with a working unit. When we finally received one, it was old and dirty, leading to an allergic reaction for my roommate. This company has been utterly disappointing. I strongly advise against moving into any of their units, as they clearly do not care about their tenants.

My house was broken into a few months ago while I was on vacation. The first thing I thought to do was contact Canopy. They went and attempted to fix the door, the door wont lock, its dinted, and its still broken. they just put the same wood that fell from the top of the door back on.. they charged me 210 for that. They don't help with anything. all of the workers are stuck up and don't want to help. My house has been broken into in total 3 times.. but canopy doesnt give a f#ck about anything besides thier money. every year my rent goes up alot. but within that year they dont come to fix on anything, they dont call to check on the unit, and they dont rush or care when something is broken. for my rent amount you would be thinking im living in luxury with no bugs. but my house keep getting broken into and i dont have roaches but i have posion spiders. My roomate actually got bit by one.. canopy did nothing.. our ac went out, we have all black walls, they didnt even care about giving us a window unit, we had to beg, then when they gave it to us.. they were old and dirty and my room mate had a allergic reaction to it.. still no help from canopy. f#ck this company. dont moved into any of thier units because they dont care about you.

Strong Warning Do Not Hire Canopy Management

Canopy Management is by far the worst agency I have ever worked with. This is not a case of slow results or unmet expectations. This is a case of negligence, lack of effort, and complete disregard for account performance.From the moment onboarding was completed and billing began, the quality of service dropped immediately. The people assigned to our account failed to attend scheduled meetings, and when they did attend, they showed little to no preparation or understanding of the account. More concerning, they would openly agree that specific changes needed to be made, acknowledge issues hurting performance, and then do absolutely nothing afterward.There was minimal actual work performed on the account. Campaigns were not properly optimized. Obvious inefficiencies were left untouched. ACoS was not reduced. Sales did not increase. In fact, the account performance declined shortly after hiring them, which is unacceptable for a paid Amazon PPC management service.Despite paying a very expensive monthly fee, I found myself having to babysit the agency, repeatedly reminding them to do basic tasks that should have been handled proactively. This completely defeats the purpose of hiring a professional PPC agency. You are paying a premium price while receiving little to no value in return.What makes this experience worse is that they lock you into a minimum term, regardless of how poorly they perform. Once you are signed and billing starts, there is no urgency, no accountability, and no visible concern for your business or results. Your account simply becomes another number in their system.If you are serious about your Amazon business, your profitability, and your time, do not hire Canopy Management. Based on my experience, they are not just ineffective. They are a costly liability that will waste your money while your account performance deteriorates.I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Exceeded my Expectations!

The overall experience from Canopy Management exceeded my expectations. Alicia was super responsive and made sure to get things done in a quick manner. Nicco did a phenomenal job on creating a nice product video as well as photography. The amount spent may be high, but I would say it’s totally worth it to have them cover everything on the listing from product photography, video, A+ Content, copywriting, product descriptions, infographics, to listing the item for you. I will definitely be using them again for my next product. If you’re looking to launch a product on Amazon, this is a no brainer to use their services.
