After finally getting a response from an agent in chat, they assured me that the delivery would happen, yet it still hasn't. This is the slowest and most unreliable carrier I've encountered. The website chat functionality is inconsistent; it only works at times, and responses come randomly, often closing the chat without resolution. Sending messages is hit or miss, frequently failing to go through.
