Worst courier ever !!!! Lost my 9 parcels that have been picked it up by the canpar staff in my house . After a couple of days no tracking update for each parcel in the system . I called them and says might be the driver didn’t scan the parcel that’s why there is no update ! (So ,where does my parcel go ) . They said they will try to find the parcels (took 3 months but no progress ) , suggested a claims but they said not on their part as the parcel was mainly on chitchats selects and they just booked to pick up and hand over to them . Chitchats select doesn’t response to my emails for claim too. Both of them CANPAR AND CHITCHATS , doesn’t even help to find my parcel nor claim for its loss .

9 parcels worth 1000cad ! A big loss to my small business!

Im working fair , working hard ! , but this company that I tried to trust , fooled me !

This is the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. Basically the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. The tracking app is a joke. I waited day after day as it said my product was on the way to be delivered to me that day to only not show up and start again the next day. I gave the company 1 star but really they deserve no star

I was supposed to get my package 4 days ago, with the only note in my tracking saying "unspecified delay". It keeps saying was supposed to deliver end of x day, but never does. It's been in my city for 5 days already, and has said it's been "out for delivery" for the past couple days. No update, customer service is very unhelpful.

Extremely Frustrating Experience.

Extremely frustrating experience. The system indicates delivery by the end of the day, but it has been multiple days with no arrival. After finally getting a response from an agent in chat, they assured me that the delivery would happen, yet it still hasn't. This is the slowest and most unreliable carrier I've encountered. The website chat functionality is inconsistent; it only works at times, and responses come randomly, often closing the chat without resolution. Sending messages is hit or miss, frequently failing to go through.

Frustrating customer support.

Every support contact leads to an automated system, wasting a lot of time. My package is marked as delivered, but it hasn't arrived. I checked three locations based on their information, and at the last one, the staff member was rude and unhelpful. I can't fathom how this service is still operational.

UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

Any contact number for customer support leads to an automated system, wasting precious time. I still haven't received my package, even though it shows as delivered. I visited three different locations based on their information, and at the last one, the employee was cocky and incredibly rude. How is this service still in business?

Awful experience.

I paid for expedited shipping of a frozen food item, and it took five days to arrive after bouncing around various locations. The food was cold but completely thawed. Thankfully, the weather was cool, but I can't imagine how it would fare in the summer heat. I will never use this service again. I'd give less than one star if possible.

Avoid this courier.

I ordered a motorcycle accessory from a website, and their courier is this service. Do yourself a favor and avoid any business that uses this courier. I'm still waiting for my order, and the seller is unhelpful and unwilling to contact them. This is incredibly frustrating.

How does this company stay operational?

Can someone explain how a company with such poor service and reviews continues to operate? My parcel has been stuck in the warehouse for five days, and their so-called customer service simply stated they would try to deliver it as soon as possible.

SUBPAR DELIVERY SERVICE

The delivery person failed to indicate what would happen with my package on the slip left behind. I have no idea if they plan to attempt another delivery or send it to a pickup location. The website had conflicting information, stating it was at a pickup spot and then out for delivery. The online chat is useless, and I was put on hold for an eternity trying to reach a human. If I know a business uses this service, I will avoid purchasing from them.
