Worst courier ever !!!! Lost my 9 parcels that have been picked it up by the canpar staff in my house . After a couple of days no tracking update for each parcel in the system . I called them and says might be the driver didn’t scan the parcel that’s why there is no update ! (So ,where does my parcel go ) . They said they will try to find the parcels (took 3 months but no progress ) , suggested a claims but they said not on their part as the parcel was mainly on chitchats selects and they just booked to pick up and hand over to them . Chitchats select doesn’t response to my emails for claim too. Both of them CANPAR AND CHITCHATS , doesn’t even help to find my parcel nor claim for its loss .
