If I could give zero stars….

If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service and inferior shipping practices. My plants (over $300 worth) arrived DEAD. They also got my order wrong and left out almost $100 worth of my order. They sent a ‘replacement’ order, and even though I had clearly outlined that they needed to get my order correct, and that I would pay for overnight shipping, they sent it out exactly the same way the first order was shipped. So of course, the same thing happened. Arrived dead, and again, order not correct. I then requested a refund. They have not given a refund. So, they essentially robbed me. I wish I would have checked the Trustpilot reviews. I would have been saved from wasting money and time. I will be pursuing additional actions (BBB complaint, DCA complaint, and more) until they refund my money. I may even drive to their location, just to prove a point about ethical behavior.
