Only received 2/3 of my order and what…

Only received 2/3 of my order and what came to me was infested with snail and semi brown. Emailed them within there 2 hour time frame and its been several days with no response. Should have read the review here before ordering. Stay away from this Company.

If I could give zero stars….

If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service and inferior shipping practices. My plants (over $300 worth) arrived DEAD. They also got my order wrong and left out almost $100 worth of my order. They sent a ‘replacement’ order, and even though I had clearly outlined that they needed to get my order correct, and that I would pay for overnight shipping, they sent it out exactly the same way the first order was shipped. So of course, the same thing happened. Arrived dead, and again, order not correct. I then requested a refund. They have not given a refund. So, they essentially robbed me. I wish I would have checked the Trustpilot reviews. I would have been saved from wasting money and time. I will be pursuing additional actions (BBB complaint, DCA complaint, and more) until they refund my money. I may even drive to their location, just to prove a point about ethical behavior.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. You get 1 message a day if that, they back track on what they say and don’t do as said. I received dead and missing plants. They agreed to a 30.00 refund and another message agreed to replace missing on next order and I said no thank you just a refund. Then backtracked and said they refunded me already but didn’t. Only got the dead refund. Took 2 weeks to get floating plants and they arrived later than expected so I sent photo and was told wait a couple days so I did. Messaged back about it and they said I went passed my window even though they stated to wait. Terrible all the way around! Beware. I am reporting to BBB and disputing charges of what they didn’t refund

If I could rate them less than 1 star I…

If I could rate them less than 1 star I would. They only sent me two of the plants I ordered. Then they said they would refund me for the others but never did. Then weeks later they send me three bags full of slime! I have tried getting a refund multiple times but they will not respond. They even blocked my phone number so I could not call. So not use them!

The worst

The worst! they say orders ship in 1-2 days. I received my orders 3 weeks after ordering, which is unacceptable in my book. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO INQUIRES. NEVER AGAIN FOR ME! I suggest avoiding this place like the plaque.

Did not deliver (UPDATED AGAIN!!!)

I purchased one plant + 5 more. I was charged for the whole thing. They only shipped me one plant. I emailed them. I also used the contact form on the website. They did not reply. Disgusting waste of time and money. My order is 1611962173.Updated: Apparently they did not have access to power due to the outage in Texas. They finally responded. Will change once shipment arrives.Updated again: I almost forgot about these trash until I saw an email from them yesterday about one of their new plants with a coupon for it. They still did not deliver the rest of the plants.
