Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. You get 1 message a day if that, they back track on what they say and don’t do as said. I received dead and missing plants. They agreed to a 30.00 refund and another message agreed to replace missing on next order and I said no thank you just a refund. Then backtracked and said they refunded me already but didn’t. Only got the dead refund. Took 2 weeks to get floating plants and they arrived later than expected so I sent photo and was told wait a couple days so I did. Messaged back about it and they said I went passed my window even though they stated to wait. Terrible all the way around! Beware. I am reporting to BBB and disputing charges of what they didn’t refund
