I want to start by saying I enjoy using Canva, but if you ever need support - specifically related to a security issue (losing access to account due to compromised account), don't expect intelligent or speedy assistance. I am a Canva Pro account holder, and I am 4 days in to the issue and they still are "investigating" and account is still being accessed by the hacker! It is more than obvious the account has been hacked, but apparently their support bots (no way it is real humans) can't understand normal thinking. I most likely will be cancelling my Pro account and utilizing other tools. This is over the top horrible!
