I have been using Canva for many years and it has been awesome. I use it for personal and work. Usually I will post something on Facebook for birthdays and as an office manager for a church, I use it all the time. It is user friendly and I love it.
I had a great experience with Canva. I used it to create designs for my class assignments and presentation. I loved its templates and graphics. It is also reliable and very easy to use.
Video uploading and downloading stopped working in my paid Canva subscription. Today is the 5th day of dealing with AI generated responses an suggested "workarounds" without getting a solution that works.
I have not been able to communicate with a human.
This has impacted my income
when i went to copy some thing i went to go and paste it and it kept coming up with the photo i just placed
and also i went to copy and paste a photo and i went to the bar of canva and it got ridd of my presontion how sad i have been on canva for ages and it has never been like this i mite need to use google docs now so sad
I want to start by saying I enjoy using Canva, but if you ever need support - specifically related to a security issue (losing access to account due to compromised account), don't expect intelligent or speedy assistance. I am a Canva Pro account holder, and I am 4 days in to the issue and they still are "investigating" and account is still being accessed by the hacker! It is more than obvious the account has been hacked, but apparently their support bots (no way it is real humans) can't understand normal thinking. I most likely will be cancelling my Pro account and utilizing other tools. This is over the top horrible!

The platform itself has a lot of potential. However, if you utilize the AI generation tool on a premium account for ideas, you risk being locked out for a week and faced with aggressive prompts to upgrade to a higher-tier plan at a steep price. As an individual creator, this approach feels excessive and unfair. I was considering switching to an annual premium plan, but this experience has made me reconsider. It’s disheartening to witness a platform focus more on upselling than on supporting its dedicated users.
⭐ 1-Star Review: This update has severely disrupted the video editing capabilities of the platform. Voiceovers now consistently start from the beginning, completely disregarding the cursor position. This alteration renders effective editing impossible and transforms even straightforward tasks into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal. If this change was intentional, it reflects a significant lack of understanding of the needs of actual creators. Eliminating basic, expected features without notice or user input highlights a substantial disconnect. If it’s a bug, the situation is even more concerning, as it has been launched without adequate testing. There are no evident settings to rectify this issue, no alternative solutions, and no clarifications provided. The new multi-track editor may appear contemporary, but it fails at the most basic level of functionality. For anyone involved in voiceovers, tutorials, or precise timing tasks, the platform is currently unreliable and nearly unusable. This update represents a significant regression. Until the platform reinstates cursor-based playback or grants users control over playback settings, the video editor cannot be regarded as a serious tool.
Deleting your account and stopping the billing process feels impossible. It's like a well-known saying: you can check out whenever you want, but you can never fully leave. They continue to charge you even after you believe you've closed your account.
It seems that this company values profit more than providing quality service. After I had already paid for the premium level, I was asked for additional payment, and when I expressed my concerns, my frustration was met with a rigid refusal to issue a refund.
