I want to share my experience regarding their "Christmas offers" that were advertised in early December. We placed our order on the 6th for Christmas. Unfortunately, our order was shipped over a week late. Now, on the 23rd of December, it has only just arrived in my country. This is simply unacceptable in 2025. Christmas has been ruined.
