This platform is my top choice for paint-by-numbers. They offered prompt customer support when I mistakenly ordered the incorrect painting and swiftly adjusted my order. The quality of the canvas and paints is impressive, and they have an excellent selection of paintings available. Their rewards program is straightforward and worthwhile.
The frame quality is quite good, and it included plenty of pins for stretching and framing my canvas fabric. I believed I entered my address correctly as prompted on the website, yet I was informed that I needed to verify it. Although the delivery was slightly delayed, it was during the holiday season.
I want to share my experience regarding their "Christmas offers" that were advertised in early December. We placed our order on the 6th for Christmas. Unfortunately, our order was shipped over a week late. Now, on the 23rd of December, it has only just arrived in my country. This is simply unacceptable in 2025. Christmas has been ruined.
This hobby is fantastic! The service provides everything necessary to begin. My only concern is that I have ordered “Beginner” kits, which I find to be quite intricate and time-consuming. I am enjoying them, but perhaps a better categorization system is needed. “Count Whiskers” feels more like an intermediate level!
I have ordered several paintings from this company and have never been disappointed. The quality of the canvas and the paint ranks right up there. Customer Service is excellent. I have had to request the blueprint of the painting as I lost it and they emailed it to me immediately. I have had to request a pot of paint as I was running out and they contacted me the same day telling me that they had shipped it out. I will not buy from any other company.
You are a genius! I have been painting your creations for a few years now and I can’t keep them in the house. Family members see them and take them home! Colors, shading, and faces are perfect. I will continue to order from you as long as I’m able to paint. Thank you!
