Here's the problem that has happened to me this Christmas. I have sent canvas pictures to friends and there is no indication on the receipt that they receive saying who the gift is from. I suggest you add during the month of December a questionnaire like: IS THIS A GIFT? Especially when it is going to a different address than the person paying/ordering..... Both presents that I sent the receivers never acknowledge me, I had to ask them if they received it or not. Just a thought......If you look at my past ordering experience, I M. pretty good customer I'd like to think. Thank you!.
