Hang them. There was not one of these in my big order . I do not know why.
I ordered a canvas on their site that said it would get here by Valentine’s Day if I ordered by Feb 7th. Well I ordered on the 6th. So it was sent on time to them. They say 24 hour dispatch. Nothing was dispatched at all in that time. Their site clearly states that it would be here in 2-5 business days. Today is the 5th business day. Guess what isn’t here? The only gift I have coming for my husband, that’s what! And how do they want to fix the terrible first impression of their company? A 40% voucher. I’m not going to use this site ever again so why on earth would I want a voucher when that hasn’t even fixed the LIES they spread on their shipping section on the site. I will not recommend this place to ANYONE.

Completely fraudulent transaction! It said the product was made in USA. Then why was it produced and shipped from Europe? And why did it arrive a week after Christmas when it was supposed to be a Christmas gift? And why did the company not even apologize when I had to order something else to have a gift for Christmas? No. They offered me a 30% coupon TO BUY SOMETHING ELSE FROM THEM! I couldn’t trust them to get the first order right. Why would I give them more money? Find someone else!
I ordered a gift canvas, but it didn’t arrive in time for my needs, forcing me to purchase from another source while waiting for this one. I requested a refund and to return it well within the 30-day period outlined in the return policy. However, I was informed that “there is no ground for complaint in this case.” I’m not interested in a 30% coupon they offered as compensation. Overall, I’m unsatisfied and will not be ordering from this service again.
I placed an order for a photo book as a Christmas gift, which was completed on December 17th. Now it's January 11th, and I still haven't received it. The item was produced in Germany, and tracking shows it has cleared customs. Since my order is in Germany, it seems the company is not US-based. I've received no information or emails regarding my order's status, and communication is only possible through an automated system.
I keep choosing this service for a variety of reasons: Affordability - you won't find better prices anywhere else! Efficiency - I've placed 'last-minute' orders for gifts and have consistently been impressed with the quick turnaround; this service has come through for me on numerous occasions! Finally, the quality of the products is outstanding, and I have never encountered an issue with the more than 60 frames I've bought over the years. You really can't go wrong!
The process was quick and straightforward. The prices were very reasonable, and there were plenty of choices available. The production and shipping time was swift. I was very pleased with the quality of the product upon arrival. Highly recommend!!!
This was my first and last experience with the company. They promised a shipping time of 2 to 5 business days, but my order sat in production for over a day, which was misleading. They claimed it was handed over to the post office on December 31, yet tracking shows no movement and indicates the package hasn’t even been received. I ordered it to ensure it arrived before my departure, but now it’s past the promised timeframe with no updates. When I reached out, the company advised me to stop contacting them, suggesting that it would only delay the process further. I have no confirmation of the package being transferred, just a pre-shipment label printed at the post office. My order was placed on December 27.
Here's the problem that has happened to me this Christmas. I have sent canvas pictures to friends and there is no indication on the receipt that they receive saying who the gift is from. I suggest you add during the month of December a questionnaire like: IS THIS A GIFT? Especially when it is going to a different address than the person paying/ordering..... Both presents that I sent the receivers never acknowledge me, I had to ask them if they received it or not. Just a thought......If you look at my past ordering experience, I M. pretty good customer I'd like to think. Thank you!.
AVOID THIS SITE. THEY MISLEAD CUSTOMERS. The website explicitly claims that the products are made in the US. I placed an order for a January birthday (possibly for Christmas, but I wasn't relying on that). Now, the birthday is ruined because the item was produced and shipped from Germany. The status has been "Awaiting dispatch" since December 16th, and it's been a full month since my order. This is incredibly frustrating, and to make matters worse, the customer service is terrible. There’s no response to emails or phone calls, and the online chat is unhelpful; the representative ended our conversation when I inquired about why the product is coming from Germany despite the website’s claims. Truly a dreadful experience! I will never order from them again!
