I ordered a canvas on their site that said it would get here by Valentine’s Day if I ordered by Feb 7th. Well I ordered on the 6th. So it was sent on time to them. They say 24 hour dispatch. Nothing was dispatched at all in that time. Their site clearly states that it would be here in 2-5 business days. Today is the 5th business day. Guess what isn’t here? The only gift I have coming for my husband, that’s what! And how do they want to fix the terrible first impression of their company? A 40% voucher. I’m not going to use this site ever again so why on earth would I want a voucher when that hasn’t even fixed the LIES they spread on their shipping section on the site. I will not recommend this place to ANYONE.
