I placed an order for 3 sweatshirts for my daughters on November 30, 2025. When I received a package on December 17, 2025, it only contained 1 shirt, even though the tracking indicated that all 3 had been delivered. I've reached out multiple times through the contact link, but each time I only receive an automated response stating that someone would get back to me within 48 hours. It's been 5 days without any follow-up. I will be contacting my financial institution to report this issue and seek a refund, as it seems the company is indifferent to customer concerns. I strongly advise against ordering from them!
