Terrible service and likely fraudulent.

This service is dreadful and seems to be fraudulent. They took my payment and promised delivery within a specific timeframe. After two weeks of waiting, I reached out and was eventually told that my order had shipped. However, the tracking information indicated it was merely ready for shipment and hadn’t actually been sent. Despite numerous follow-up emails requesting a refund, they stopped replying. A month later, the status still showed as ready to ship. I contacted my card provider, who was very helpful and credited my account. I was informed that I might be charged if the company responded to them, and soon after, they changed the status to shipped again, which wasn’t true. Eventually, two days later, something was dispatched, but it was sent on Christmas Eve from overseas, despite my urgent need for it as a holiday gift. This company is very unreliable; I strongly recommend steering clear of them.

Disappointing Experience with My Order

I placed an order for 3 sweatshirts for my daughters on November 30, 2025. When I received a package on December 17, 2025, it only contained 1 shirt, even though the tracking indicated that all 3 had been delivered. I've reached out multiple times through the contact link, but each time I only receive an automated response stating that someone would get back to me within 48 hours. It's been 5 days without any follow-up. I will be contacting my financial institution to report this issue and seek a refund, as it seems the company is indifferent to customer concerns. I strongly advise against ordering from them!

Well packaged and timely arrival

The item arrived well packaged and sooner than I expected, with all names spelled correctly. It took some time to install the hooks, but the pre-drilled holes made it easier. I think using a slash instead of an underscore for the D.O.B would improve the look, but overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely order additional plaques when my next son arrives in March.

Received my item but with issues

I received my item within 10 days, and it's beautiful; however, the font I requested was not used, and the fonts varied throughout. They emailed me to apologize for the mistake and offered a 10% discount, which I declined in favor of a full refund since it isn't suitable for gifting. They have stopped responding to my emails.
