My experience has been wonderfully positive. At 80 years old, I've longed to pair a descriptive image with a poem I composed years ago. Recently, I delved into AI and utilized that technology to generate the ideal picture to complement my poem. I am overjoyed with the outcome, but I needed the appropriate medium to realize it. What could be better than having this incredible creation printed on a 24” X 36” canvas? I am thrilled to showcase my work in this way. I also intend to introduce this remarkable AI tool to a group of young men I teach monthly. Presenting my visual concept in this format will surely impress.
The canvas prints I received are of the poorest quality I've ever encountered. You can find better and cheaper alternatives elsewhere. I'm extremely frustrated that these were intended as Christmas gifts; they feel like a complete waste of money.
I placed an expedited order, and today was the expected delivery date, but it hasn't even shipped yet. When I attempt to reach out to the company for clarity on when I can expect my order, the only responses I receive are from AI chatbots and automated emails. It feels like actual customer service is non-existent. I suspect that many of the positive reviews here might also be AI-generated to artificially enhance the company's reputation.
