I had a great experience with this bookstore! The prices are very reasonable, and the delivery to other countries was super fast. I encountered a small issue while ordering, but their customer service was excellent. I called them, and they quickly responded and resolved the problem in English. I'm so excited to have discovered this store and can't wait to buy more books from them. Highly recommended!
I have been ordering from Verasia for few years now and i am extremely pleased with everything: the web site navigation is very user-friendly, they are adding constantly new products, customer support is excellent - there was a case where DHL lost my package and once i notifed them, they followed up with couple of emails, which i appreaciated greatly, because they will say: we will check with DHL and get back in a day and exactly in a day they will email my again. Last but not least - there is excellent variety of Japanese learning materials, which to me as a person who is on this long journey, is perfect. I highly recommend them!
