My item was delivered to the wrong address despite confirming the correct one. I'm incredibly disappointed 😭 as it was intended as a Christmas gift. When I asked for a refund, they offered no solutions. Now, someone has my personal pictures, and I feel violated. They should have at least corrected their mistake and resent it to the right address.
