My order was delayed in the shipping area due to postage strike and bad weather, however I emailed the customer service department to see where my parcel was and they were right on it and able to figure out where my order was and very friendly and helpful. My actual order turned out beautifully, nice quality glass christmas ornament. I would order from them again in the future 👍
