Do not order from this company. I placed an order for 2 items. A month later only received one even though tracking information provided to me at purchase said there would be 2. Contacted the company and they refuse to help claiming they have no outstanding order. So either they never shipped my item or shipped it with someone else’s order. Either way, I don’t have my one item. I have unfortunately had to go to my credit card company and open an investigation to try and recoup my money. Again, do not buy from this company as they cannot be trusted.
My order was delayed in the shipping area due to postage strike and bad weather, however I emailed the customer service department to see where my parcel was and they were right on it and able to figure out where my order was and very friendly and helpful. My actual order turned out beautifully, nice quality glass christmas ornament. I would order from them again in the future 👍
I received my flag and it is beautiful. It's made of great quality and sure it will last a long time. Customer service people was wonderful. I did leave the name and date off because I am putting the flag on my daddy's and sister grave which are side by side for them having at Christmas. I would buy again from this company, so wonderful, beautiful. This review is done by a real person not a robot thing.
I noticed a couple letters missing from a memorial flag I ordered. I contacted company and they immediately sent a replacement flag, it was perfect!! Delivery was fast and they definitely care about customer satisfaction. Will do business with them again and highly recommend to my family and friends.
I ordered a Christmas garden flag - it came quickly and I was shocked at the wonderful quality! It wasn’t the usual thin material but a very heavy canvas material and the colors are brilliant and beautiful . Highly recommend this item.
I ordered a garden stone for my step father who passed away I got the smaller size it's came out so nice I just want to seal it before we put it outside. The only thing that's was weird was it was delivery and the next day is when I got the tracking information email lol go figure so my son opened it because I didn't know it was coming besides that I had a great experience with this company and might order one for inside for my mother
