A truly frustrating experience! I ordered a large print for a significant amount. The first one arrived completely damaged. The customer service representative agreed to send a replacement at no extra charge, which was fair, although they requested more images. Given the damage, this seemed unnecessary. Unfortunately, the second canvas frame is warped, making one corner stick out significantly. It looks awful. Regrettably, the customer service representative declined further assistance because it was hung on a specific system. I recommend looking elsewhere for quality.
