I ordered a canvas of our dog who recently passed away. The initial print's colors were slightly off, but after I emailed them, they quickly responded and sent a corrected reprint at no extra cost, allowing me to keep the original. They were a pleasure to work with, and I would absolutely order again.

I repaired it myself, but be cautious. They clearly don’t prioritize their customers. UPDATE: I’m updating my review since their customer service team finally reached out. They offered to refund the full amount or send a new one, which I appreciated.

The customer service representative agreed to send a replacement at no extra charge, which was fair, although they requested more images. Given the damage, this seemed unnecessary. Unfortunately, the second canvas frame is warped, making one corner stick out significantly. It looks awful. Regrettably, the customer service representative declined further assistance because it was hung on a specific system. I recommend looking elsewhere for quality.
I ordered a print for a holiday gift based on their promise of delivery by a specific date. I haven't heard from them, the status hasn't changed, and it definitely hasn't shipped. Don't trust their guarantee for on-time delivery; it's clearly misleading. I hope the quality is better than their delivery promises.
I ordered a couple of prints from this company. The smaller print was fine. However, I ordered a large print, and the stretcher frame was flimsy and broke during shipping. They agreed to reprint at no cost, but the new one also has flimsy stretcher bars. While it didn't break this time, the image isn't fully stretched and has visible buckles. I'm extremely disappointed. I've spent hundreds on a subpar product. Consider going with a more reputable provider.
