The print was fine, but I spent a lot on a large canvas mount. The frame was very flimsy and arrived broken. I received no customer support—no acknowledgment of the issue. I repaired it myself, but be cautious. They clearly don’t prioritize their customers. UPDATE: I’m updating my review since their customer service team finally reached out. They offered to refund the full amount or send a new one, which I appreciated.
