I am reluctant to give this company even one star! I made an order last September 2023 and dually waited for the goods to arrive . I received an e mail to say the goods were being sent and that was the last I heard ! I tried to track the goods but to no avail as I did not know who the carriers were . Finally in January I received an e mail to say the goods were being returned to Capatee - they had been unable to deliver ! No delivery attempt was made - no refund was given as by the time I got a response it was over 6 months and over the time limit for a refund ! They said they would send again but I had to pay the carriage again which I refused to do on principal as it was not my fault ! Now I am chasing a second order I made with them just after the first one and that has not arrived and again I have received no response ! Extremely dissatisfied ! The order was for approx 110 dollars .
