I contacted the company to return three items that did not fit. They offered me $20 to keep the clothes that I paid $97 for. Their next offer was $42 and their final offer was $54. Their website says you need a return authorization number to return items yet their customer service person refuses to give you the number or the address to ship the returns. I filed a claim with my credit card company.
I ordered 2 dresses, both the same size. One fit and was cute,the other was too small. The fabric is pretty cheap, but the price reflects that. Both were woven so no give in the fit. The problem is with communicating with the company for a return. They wanted to bargain with me on a dollar amount, beginning with $8- for a dress that cost $43. They kept coming back with a higher dollar amount in small increments. It was ridiculous. I finally agreed on $23 and not return the dress. So, I won’t buy from them again. I can’t do online ordering if I can’t return because of fit.
Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from this company. It took 25 days to receive my order (3/21/26 to 4/13/26) after asking them to cancel cause the event I ordered for was approaching. Once came I wanted to return because of the bad customer service and untimely delivery, they said they wouldn’t take the return. When their website clearly states on returns for personal reasons that the consumer has to pay which I was willing to do…however; they would guarantee my refund. So please people…there are other American stores to order or buy from… do not give these people anymore of your money!
