“$1,400 Order Wrong – Kids Missing Games, No Response from Capelli Sport”

I placed a uniform order with Capelli Sport on 7/2 (over $1,400) and didn’t receive it until 8/1—only to find the entire order was wrong. I received uniforms from three different clubs and unrelated items like flashlights. I reported it immediately, returned the items on 8/4 as requested, and was promised a replacement “ASAP.” Nearly two weeks later, I still have no update, no tracking, and no response to my emails.My $150 coupon doesn’t even work for my kids’ club gear—only generic items I don’t want. That’s absolutely useless.This mistake is affecting my 3 kids. Their season started Monday, they have games this weekend, and they’ll be forced to sit because Capelli hasn’t delivered. They also have a tournament next week which at risk now too.This is the second year in a row I’ve had to deal with delayed, incorrect orders from Capelli. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable and unprofessional. Parents spend serious money for their kids, this shouldn’t happen.
