The service fails to offer a user-friendly way to get in touch, and when they do respond, they don't address the inquiries made. We have been ordering team kits for three years, and each year the delivery times are frustratingly inaccurate. The uniforms are not durable, and according to the company, you must purchase an entirely new kit just to replace specific items that wear out.
United soccer club needs to end its relationship with Capelli. Went to order a bigger size of kit for my daughter changed sizes as I added them to cart but apparently it defaulted to the original kit order sizing upon ordering. I replied tot he order email two times over a month requesting for them to update sizing before processing the order. Got an email today that they shipped my order with the wrong sizes. I immediately emailed them and they said they never revised any emails from me in which I returned screenshots of the emails. Well apparently that’s not enough and I’m going to have to eat the entire cost of a kit as they won’t refund or take the items back! Worst customer service on the face of the planet.
Awful service.. the order placed on 08/28/25 took more than 5 weeks to arrived and it was sent incomplete! As of today 10/29/25 there isn't an update. My requested to cancel the item and refund the charge was denied.. League games are done (IT IS POINTLESS) to get the (still) backorder merchandise!!
The bottom feeders of service. Their website design is truly the worst. The website ordering does not correlate with what their service agents tell you to. For example buying an individual soccer jersey from a mandatory team kit is impossible. They force you to buy the whole kit $600 as opposed to a jersey $50 (overpriced garbage quality as it is where the color washes off to other parts of the jersey). If I started a club I would steer clear from placing my business with them. First and foremost they need to get rid of their website team.
I placed the order last Friday on Oct 10, it didn’t go out until Oct 15, now UPS tracking says it won’t arrive until Saturday Oct 18. Too late for my kid to use for his upcoming competition on which is on Saturday since we have to leave on Friday for travel day. This is PA to VA shipping (maybe 3 hr drive?) and it’s not even free shipping - circa $9. You need to fix your delivery speed. Would be even better if free shipping.
