This company is so terrible even Google blocked customers from leaving reviews because they detected “spam” because of so many negative reviews in a short period of time. I couldn’t leave a Google review because of this. Our club organization chose to order from Capelli in December for a February delivery. It is the end of March and our entire organization still does not have half of the order for every player. There was a mistake in my order for two pair of pants for $100+, I reordered in February and the expected ship date is for the end of April. There is no number to call for customer service, only a bot who responded with the same message saying to expect orders to take 5 weeks to ship. I’ve never experienced such terrible service after spending tens of thousands of dollars through a large club organization. Mistakes are acceptable, simply not communicating and delivering products in a timely manner is not.
