I placed an order and could not see anywhere that the custom charges will be applied to this order, I had to pay £81 to get my delivery accepted. The customer team said that by clicking on the "process order" we agree to T&C which mention this. Who does that ! they are terrible. It looks like there is a new Trustpilot account opened as the otherone as a 2.7 rating ...
