Great Order Experience

The hat is authentic, and everything went smoothly despite shipping from Spain with UPS to Greece. The negative reviews seem to mainly come from buyers in the UK, Canada, and the US, indicating that service may not be as reliable outside of the EU. Extremely Quick Delivery

Avoid This Seller!

I placed my order on November 28 and opted for Royal Mail's 48-hour service. As of December 10, it still hasn't arrived! I was repeatedly told via email that I hadn’t selected the 48-hour option, but I did. This is unacceptable, and I won’t be ordering from them again. UPDATE: It’s now December 20, and there's still no sign of my order! The tracking states delivery was due on December 10. Customer service told me to contact the courier, but I responded that it's the seller's duty to follow up on unfulfilled orders!

Poor Quality Product

The edges of the cap are poorly finished, with jagged plastic mesh that irritates my ears. I paid for tariffs and shipping, and to return it, they expect me to cover those costs again. I strongly advise against buying from them.
