Ewan and Luke explicitly assured us that this would not be a problem and that we could proceed without it.Based on this assurance, we invested considerable time and resources into completing your application process over the course of nearly a week, providing extensive documentation and information as requested.Only after this significant investment of time we were informed that connecting our bank to open banking was, in fact, a mandatory requirement and that we could not proceed without it. This represents a fundamental failure in communication and process management. The information provided by Ewan was misleading, and this has resulted in a complete waste of our time, effort, and goodwill.This experience has been deeply frustrating and reflects poorly on Capify's competence and professionalism. Staff are chasing commissions and overlooking the customer. They also want to charge 45% interest on a business loan. I dodged a bullet on that one.
