I’ve been requesting a statement for over a month, and despite several follow-ups, I still haven’t received it. The loan servicing team is unresponsive, and their online portal doesn’t work properly. I’ve been dealing with Ian Littleton, but unfortunately, there’s been no progress or meaningful assistance.This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for something as simple as providing a statement. I would not recommend this company until they improve their communication and support systems.
